"All was as advertised and I would return and highly recommend IF/ WHEN THEY REPLACE THE MATTRESSES. Such a nice property but the master bedroom mattress was so old or unsupported to start we had to swap with my son which was only slightly better. We rolled into the middle. Everyone complained except the twins"

"We absolutely loved Sunset Haven! We take an annual trip to Lake Greenwood, but this was our first time visiting Sunset Haven. I can honestly say there is no better place to fish!!! If you are looking for a good fishing spot, you definitely need to stay here. The sunsets were gorgeous and the night sky was even better. The home was spotless and very accommodating for our dogs. We will stay here again and again! Thank you to the hosts for providing such an excellent place to visit."

"We really more than enjoyed our stay at this beautifully remodeled property while spending time with our son and family as we got him settled into his dorm room for football training & his first year at Presbyterian College. This home is super cozy, the beds were very comfortable, & it has everything needed & so much more for a perfect family stay! We throughly enjoyed cooking in the top notch kitchen, the three ducks that visited us everyday, & watching the gorgeous sunsets out by the water in the evening. The neighbors were very friendly as well & even gave or kiddos corn to feed to the ducks! Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for letting us make unforgettable memories here with our family!"

"Easy to get Pontoon into covered dock. Can fish off the dock. About 2 docks away from Harris Landing Restaurant. If like live music probably won't bother you that the band plays late at restaurant. You can fish and listen to it. Also, not far from the party island sand bar. We really stayed on water whole time. So long as we had clean bed to turn into we were fine. Also, has great air conditioner but may want to message the host ask to turn down ac before you get there. We really hot natured and like ours artic. Backed up pontoon and we was in middle of Lake greenwood. Nice lake views. Host was very avaliable and friendly. The house was clean and smelled good. Only advice is you may want to bring some chairs for living room. Not a lot of sitting space but was still doable and fun."

"The house and location were great. Overall, the house was clean upon arrival, although it could use some paint refreshing in some areas. Plenty of rooms and beds for a large group. We had toddlers and baby gates were provided however they were useless because they weren't big enough for the space. Having the crib provided was great! This is a space we would potentially book again."

"Our experience here was wonderful! It was beautiful, quiet, relaxing and clean! The property was stunning from the interior to the outside view. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, some spices, bake ware, cookware, Tupperware, silverware, and all in good condition! The beds are comfortable, the cushions for the exteriors are very well taken are of. The dock is beautiful and relaxing and the cove is not super traveled and is nice and quiet! The host is incredibly kind and is very responsive! Thank you for a beautiful stay!"
