Peaceful Country Retreat just minutes from Laurens Town Square

Just minutes outside of Downtown Laurens is this peaceful, country oasis. This home is perfect for a small family or a work “from home” retreat.

Room one is a large master king bedroom suite with a private backyard entrance. This room has a ceiling fan, dresser, a large walk in closet, and a vintage writing desk. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, double vanity, a large walk in closet, and a private toilet and shower room.

Room two has a twin size bed, ceiling fan, and walk in closet.

Room three has an office setup and another walk in closet. A queen size air mattress with bedding is available.

The main bathroom offers a sink vanity separate from a private toilet and shower/tub combo room.

The living room has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful fireplace as a place to unwind. This room has a full size couch and a rocking chair. Two sets of doors lead to the private yet expansive back porch.

The kitchen has a brand new fridge and oven, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and an instapot countertop oven. Counter height stools at the breakfast bar seat 4 with the dining room table nearby. There is another back porch entrance from the dining area.

There is on site laundry facilities directly off of the kitchen, as well as, a two car garage with remote access. This home is more lightly furnished yet with all the essential amenities offering a clutter free space away from home.

Less than ten minutes away is Laurens Town Square. Every Friday night of the warmer months there is an open air concert offering entertainment and the small town charm everyone needs to experience. Only a couple miles from there is the more commercial district with shopping, restaurants, and more.

Whatever your preference: city entertainment, small town exploration, or even visiting a local creamery, this home in Laurens is only a short drive away.
