He was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. "I didn’t know there were 2 types of property. By using Expedia, we were put into the lower class of property & it was cold, outside entrance, & couldn’t change the temp. Bedding was very comfortable."
