Lovely hotel with excellent staff

A lovely building with very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. My room was spacious, quiet and with lovely views over the garden, and the bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. The 2 restaurants give a good choice of meals. A great hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Regrettably too hot for comfort.

Lovely hotel attentive staff beautiful grounds however no air conditioning and no fans meant the rooms were sweltering which made sleep very difficult. I would give it 5 stars all round were it not for that.

Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Sehr schön und gross. Personal sehr freundlich und flexibel. Frühstück eher karg. Kein Toastbrot obwohl Toaster vorhanden. Croissants schnell vergriffen und dann gab es keine mehr. Generell sehr zufrieden nur Frpstpck könnte besser und vielfältiger sein.

Bonne étape sur la route de retour de Bretagne... la piscine et le SPA (frais en sus) sont appréciables. Par ailleurs le service "PeeK'In" nous a été proposé pour le renvoi d'un chargeur de téléphone oublié. Merci

サービスは秀逸。日曜でホテルレストランがお休みだったためどうしようか迷っていたら日曜に開いている近くの店をいくつか調べてくれたり、ランチ営業のホテルレストランに作り置きを頼んでおいてレンチンするオプションも提案してくれました。出発のタクシーは長距離移動だったため事前に値段の交渉までして下さった。素晴らしいホスピタリティだと思いました

Assez déçu par rapport aux critiques et au classement de l'hôtel. La moquette de la chambre était dans un sale état (énorme tache) robinet de salle de bain abîmé, table également... pas acceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pas de machine à café, pas de minibar, pas de chaussons. Ça ne mérite pas 4*. Personnel accueillant, pas de problème de ce côté. C'est dommage car le bâtiment est très beau.

Hôtel agréable, très beau jardin. Beau cadre. Bon dîner en extérieur. Personnel attentif. Il faisait trop chaud la nuit dans notre chambre au premier étage sous les toits. Il faudrait penser à une climatisation ou meilleure isolation des combles.

Hôtel à « remettre aux goûts du jour » !

L’équipe a été très serviable et accueillante. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot, il mériterait une re-décoration. La literie est moyenne et il fait très chaud dans les chambres : c’est un chauffage central qui n’est pas regulable. C’est agréable d’avoir la bouteille d’eau et le peignoir. À côté de ces attentions, c’est du café lyophilisé qui est offert dans les chambres ... Pour aller au bout de la démarche, cela mériterait une cafetière à dosette. Le petit déjeuner était ok. La vraie belle mention est dédiée à l’équipe.
