Located in the picturesque village of Laval-Saint-Roman, this charming 85 sqm stone cottage welcomes up to 4 guests seeking a peaceful family retreat surrounded by nature. You will find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and thoughtful amenities including private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a baby bed. The cottage features a private grill and offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for those who love the countryside.



Step outside to your private fully enclosed garden and uncovered terrace where you can enjoy vineyard views without any overlooking neighbors. The shared outdoor pool reaches 1.5 m depth, remains accessible at all hours with natural heating, and includes a pool house for your convenience.



Pets are welcome throughout the property but are not permitted in the pool area. Food is also not allowed in the pool area, and events are not permitted on the premises.



This beautiful stone house provides a private illuminated entrance with parking available inside the fully enclosed property. The hosts live on-site but not in your cottage, ensuring privacy while remaining available if needed. The property is best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to this upstream village location.
