We offer you for your summer and winter holidays this superb two-bedroom apartment of 47m2 located in the Font d'Alagnon district on the heights of the Lioran station, offering a superb view of the ski slopes and ski lifts.
Within 50 metres of shops, ski slopes, ski lifts and numerous hiking trails, this accommodation will allow you to enjoy all the activities offered by the resort with ease.
In the Étoiles du Sud residence (building 2), on the first floor without a lift, this apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, one measuring 160x200 and the other 140x190 with large wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (SIEMENS built-in coffee machine offering all kinds of beverages, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, raclette and fondue machine, crockery, hand blender....), a very bright living area with television, sofa and access to a 12m2 terrace with garden furniture and superb views of the mountains overlooking the entire Font d'Alagnon district.
All the comfort is provided here to be comfortable and peaceful.
A garage is at your disposal for one vehicle and for storing bikes, skis....(please note that vehicles that are too wide cannot park as it is narrow), otherwise free parking spaces are available near the building.
