This is a comfortable 2nd floor 2 bedroom private space in a four-plex. Every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind including the king size bed in the master bedroom.
The unit, conveniently located in central Lawrence, Ks just off of 23rd street also boasts an open kitchen/living space with a private deck.
The space
Guests have access to full private space including 2 bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom and living space. The kitchen is furnished with dish-ware & cook-ware and includes a microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
There is a hairdryer provided as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The common entrance of the building has a security coded entry for additional peace of mind.
Beds, bedding and linens have been chosen with your comfort in mind.

There is just a basic television cable package provided. You may access your Hulu, Net-flicks, etc accounts using the provided Wifi on your own device(s).

Slight rough start
The property was very nice on the inside, but finding it was a different story. Depending on which maps app you use, it takes you to different locations. I tried calling the property owner, they did not answer their phone, but would text if i sent a text, not helpful if you're driving trying to find a place. Got to the location, there were dedicated parking spots, but one tenet had an extra vehicle, which made it very difficult to maneuvere in and out of each day. Also unit Numbers are not numbered on the doors, so kind of hard to locate as well. There was supposed to be a lock box with they key but it was missing. Had to message owner again to locate the key. Also note to owner, safety concern, the entry door to the building was broken, so just anyone could get in the building without a code. Not sure if you were aware or not. But once inside and settled. Everything went great.
