We loved the charm of the hotel. Staff were nice. We made sure to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was clean and so was the food. We brought different family members there just about every day of our stay to eat there as well. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has the basics. Hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, everything that should be there. But when we got to the hotel we got this smell coming from the outside, it smelled like sewers at night, which was an issue with sleeping. In the morning we found dead cockroaches at the hotel. The internet was not working, which was an issue bc I had to do school work. In the bright side, the hotel is pretty, and it’s really close to downtown, there’s not much to look around in that town, but it’s pretty cheap and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes. For the price it’s alright, just don’t have high expectations. As I said, it’s not bad but it’s not great.

Fue el peor Hotel en el que eh estado, es mas bien un motel de paso, sin seguridad sin atencion de personal, cama dura, almohadas duras y viejas, el telefono no servia, el personal de recepción ni atendia , pesimo el hotel horrible y encima de eso me queje por la cama y no les importo , quiero mi devolucion de dinero y ni contestan correo a expedia

Atención en recepción nefasta, me dan llave y no sirve, debo regresar a activar. Me dan clave de internet y no sirve, debo regresar a reactivar. Al segundo día de estancia, deja de funcionar la clave de internet. Hago check-out y no me dan factura, que me comunique más tarde porque era muy temprano (8am?). Llamo y me cambian la jugada, ahora debo escribir un correo a contacto@quintaantigua.com y a la fecha, en espera de respuesta. Será necesario reportar al SAT por evasión? Ya se verá.

La habitación estaba limpia y en orden. Solamente un detalle en el WC, tira agua y se forma un pequeño charco en la parte trasera del mismo. Nada que no peda ser reparado por el personal especializado. En terminos generales, todo estubo muy bien.
