"We enjoyed this condo very much. The location was great to reach downtown Mooresville, and the nice, safe neighborhood was very walkable. All supplies were very well stocked, but the kitchen had absolutely everything you could ask for, from oil and a large variety of spices to an impressive amount of cookware & utensils. The host left some nice touches, like yummy gourmet cookies, a binder of area recs and a Brita water pitcher. One thing to note is the unit is on the corner of a busy street and there is some road noise, but nothing that kept us awake. The only thing that could be improved on is updating the bathrooms. None of these things would keep me from returning. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it."

"The house was super clean and inviting was super family friendly also gave my pets a place to run around outside in the back yard kids definitely had a fun time in the kids room with the basketball arcade games and slide bed along with all the outdoor activities in the back yard with the huge checkers and trampoline "

"Great host- he was very great with communication and quick to respond when we had questions. He also allowed an early check in. Great house- everything inside was comfy and very homey. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return if I am ever back in the area! "

"We had a great short visit! It was well maintained and so nice to be able to stay in a central location to where we needed to be. The extra touches were really nice- kcups and a coffee bar, extra paper towels and trash bags and those sorts of things! We have many friends in the area and will definitely stay there again."

"The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. The sink in the bathroom is beautiful but the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There were no towels until we found them in the dryer. There were bugs all over the window sill in the bathroom, and the coffee maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I hate giving reviews like this, but if this apartment was given a bit more care, it would be a great place to stay. But if you are paying for “luxury” this isn’t it. "
