Beautiful 5-room Marina with air conditioning for 8 people

PORT BARCARES (66), NAUTICA residence, with private pontoon, living room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, large terraces facing the marina, TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Private parking. Residence with 5 swimming pools.
Shops on site and beach 1.5 km away.
Sleeps: 3 double beds (queen-size bed), 1 double bed (queen-size bed), baby bed.
Marina located on the Nautica peninsula with access via a pedestrian walkway.
Beautiful view of the marina and the swimming pool.
PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Très bon emplacement et résidence Nautica très agréable. Par contre, le logement manque d'équipement (1 seule prise par chambre sans aucune multiprise à disposition, pas de paillasson sur aucune des entrées de la maison, manque de plats pour cuisiner) et la propreté laisse plus qu'à désirer (moisissures dans les douches, filtres des clim très sales, terrasse pas nettoyée...etc...).
