Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms with a loggia and panoramic sea views, a separate toilet, and two shower rooms.
Private parking. Shops are approximately 300 meters away, and the beach is in front of the residence (no road to cross).
Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, freezer. 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed.
