- Studio Plage et Village welcomes you to Le Barcarès in a 20 m² apartment, ideal for 4 guests. The space includes a room with a kitchen, a sofa bed and a bunk bed nook, plus a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and capsule coffee machine. Enjoy a 127 cm TV, air conditioning with heating, and a washing machine. Access is via a staircase with 15 steps, and the interior is all on one level. Admire sea and mountain views from the terrace.
Relax on your private, uncovered terrace, perfect for enjoying the views. A shared outdoor pool is available within the complex, along with a tennis court. The beach is easily accessible via a direct footpath from the property.
A private on-site parking space is included. Please note that events are not allowed.
The apartment enjoys a prime beachfront location. The market square is a 5-minute walk away, with shops and amenities nearby. The Christmas village is directly opposite the accommodation, a 2-minute walk away, and is open from mid-November to early January.
