The flat comprises
an entrance hallway leading to a bedroom, a shower room with toilet and a living room with terrace. This outdoor space provides a relaxing setting in which to enjoy your meals: water and greenery are the order of the day.
The bedroom has twin beds and storage cupboards.
The sofa in the living room sleeps 2.
The DOMINICA residence overlooks a pretty wooded park and the Lac de Salses.
A large car park is available behind the residence (unnumbered spaces).
As part of your rental, you will have access to :
an aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practise aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and finally a playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is free for all our guests on presentation of a wristband given to you on arrival.
various sports grounds: multi-sports pitch, basketball court, tennis courts, petanque area and half a grass football pitch.
an outdoor fitness area for getting back into shape or working out.
Optional air conditioning: €50 / per week
