Ground floor 3 room apartment located on the edge of the marine lake with view of Mont Canigou. Pleasant covered terrace. The apartment is located in a relaxing setting, in a pedestrian area. Free access: heated swimming pool,) and games (basketball, boules, multisports ground). Tennis courts (paying access). Free parking

At 200 meters, swimming pool with 2 pools, open from April 15 to September 1. Sandy beach with children's games, sailing and windsurfing school. In July and August, zumba, aquagym, aquabike, etc.
