Coin cuisine équipé (plaques cuisson, micro-onde, four, frigo congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge) et cellier attenant. Une salle d’eau et WC séparé. Le séjour donne sur une belle loggia (baie vitrée) qui offre une vue mer et Paquebot le Lydia (exposition EST).
La loggia est aménagée avec un espace repas. Appartement équipé pour 4 personnes, parking privé sécurisé. Linge de maison et draps non fournis. Ménage de fin de séjour non inclus, prestation en supplément.
