A practical apartment featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a shower room with a separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps two on a 140cm bed).
A lovely terrace allows you to enjoy meals al fresco, so you can fully appreciate the peaceful setting and views of Lake Salses and Mount Canigou.

Air conditioning is available as an OPTION (€50 per week).

This apartment is situated in the Antigua residence and boasts exceptional views of the nearby Pyrenees and the lake.

For parking, there is a large car park available to guests behind the residence. (Unnumbered spaces).

As part of your stay, you will have access to:
- a water park featuring 2 pools and a water play area for all ages.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband issued on arrival. Please note: swim shorts are not permitted.
- various sports facilities: multi-sports ground, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts…
- an outdoor fitness area for getting fit or more strenuous exercise.

A short walk away, you’ll find Place de la Martinique. During the season, you’ll have access to a bakery/grocery shop, a tobacconist/newsagent, a laundrette, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and a Carrefour Express.
Markets, concerts and shows also bring the square to life during the season, to the delight of young and old alike.
Near the marine lake beach and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant welcomes you all year round. From the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.

At La Coudalère, which is rather like a village, your children can play safely with their friends, as pedestrians are king here and cars are kept outside.

At La Coudalère, everything is designed for a family holiday: your children will love the two play areas: one on Place de la Martinique for older children and another, right next to the swimming pool, on the marine lake beach for younger children.
