Pleasant studio located on the 2nd floor (out of 3) of a residence between La Coudalère and the beach!
Its open, east-facing loggia allows you to enjoy the outdoors at all times!
The kitchen area, open to the living room, is equipped with a washing machine and a large refrigerator. The living room has reversible air conditioning, a sofa bed (140x190), and storage space.
Functional bathroom.
Equipment: Vacuum cleaner, single-serve coffee maker, reversible air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator-freezer, clothes dryer/drying rack, television, fan.
Outdoor equipment: Loggia, patio furniture, umbrella.
Pets allowed: €30 supplement for pets under 10kg
Bed linens are not provided; end-of-stay cleaning is optional and extra.
