A parking space is available for tenants.
In addition, you will have access to:
An aquatic area with two pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a playground for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a wristband, which you will receive upon arrival.
Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field.
And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area.
Electricity consumption to be paid from October 1 to April 30: €0.20/kWh
PETS NOT ALLOWED
A €50 cleaning deposit is required in addition to the main deposit.
