Charming house of 85 m2 with large garden fully fenced and not overlooked 400 m2. Ideally located in the center of the Ile de Ré, you can easily discover the entire island by bike without difficulty. You will have access to the entire housing and its exterior. Understanding a main part with a room of life, 2 rooms (one with a bed of 160 and another room with a bed of 90) a room of bath and independent toilets. Attached a nice studio of 34 m2 with kitchenette, a bed of 160, bathroom and toilet. House fully equipped. (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 TVs, cot, wifi, etc ...) Basic commodities and cleaning products will be at your disposal. We accept dogs in our rental. For your stay the beds are equipped with duvet and pillows, but the rental does not include bed linen and towels. If you wish we can offer them at a supplement by a rental service. Possibility of parking the vehicles in the property. You will be greeted by a concierge service.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt nicht schlecht. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage ist jedoch zum Teil mit uralten Möbeln und Geschirr ausgestattet.Die ständig laufende Klospülung und der alte ratternde Kühlschrank haben eine vollständigen Entspannung und einen erholsamen Schlaf eingeschränkt.

Cette maison est ideale pour un sejour en famille élargie, avec son studio adossé à la petite maison. Vivre ensemble mais chacun chez soi !
Le lieu est idéal pour parcourir l'île en vélo et sa carriole. Et puis, cette ile est simplement magnifique et l'art d'y vivre toujours bien présent.
Maison très confortable dont une partie studio (nous étions 2 couples) tout est bien équipé et charmant avec jardin clos végétalisé et sécurisé pour nos vélos . Parking pour nos 2 voitures .
Petit Hâvre de paix avec tous les départs promenades vélo ou voiture vers St Martin , la Flotte, la Couarde, Loix ...
Et acces commerces de Bois Plage à 5 mn en vélo.
Après 3 jours de flotte, nous avons enfin pu sortir pour visiter... Mauvaise période pour nous (les ponts de mai), sinon ce fut parfait, évidemment un "peu" de touristes au m2... et du vélo à tire larigot... Pas simple pour pouvoir se garer en voiture... pour nous les "vieux"...
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans une maison très lumineuse et spacieuse avec un jardin bien clôturé, et avons été accueilli avec une extreme gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié le fait de mettre notre voiture sur le terrain. Tout est accessible en vélo, même si moi je préfère faire mon marché à pieds (20mn de marche) Nous avons découvert une plage accessible aux chiens toute la journée (le pas des gouillauds).
Maison au calme assez bien située entre le centre-ville de Bois-plage et St Martin. Lits confortables. Équipements et propreté cuisine et jardin passables.
En vacances en famille pour 15 jours, nous avons apprécié la maison et son emplacement idéal (avec parking intérieur ce qui est un vrai plus) au plus près des pistes cyclables. Maison très bien équipée, agréable, au calme et accueil très agréable à notre arrivée.
