Mauvaise odeur dans le logement, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont quasiment insalubre.Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.Impossible d'obtenir une facture malgré 4 relance au prés du gestionnaire.

Ménage non fait dans la salle bain, poils, cheveux et crasse dans la baignoire . Et douche qui fuit. Bref, nous n'avons pas pu nous laver.Micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas.Soirée privée organisée à la piscine avec musique à fond toute la nuit à 50 m.du gîte, impossible de dormir malgré les fenêtres fermées. Étape vraiment non reposante avant de reprendre la route.

Location déplorable qui ne correspond en aucun cas aux photos et à la description faite sur votre site. Malheureusement nous avons rien trouvé d'autre de libre dans le coin car nous aurions quitté le gîte. Comme nous étions de mariage nous avions pas le choix que de rester mais juste après c'est à dire le lundi à 8h nous sommes parti alors que nous devions nous en aller que le mercredi à 11h.La WI-FI ne fonctionne pas comme beaucoup d'autre chose.La propriétaire a demandé sur votre plate-forme Abritel un remboursement de 240 et là nous ne sommes pas d'accord. Pour avoir eu un séjour exécrable et des nuits d'insomnie par la peur , nous demandons d'être remboursé intégralement et que cette personne ne soit en aucun cas rémunéré. De plus nous vous demandons de la retiré de votre site avant qu'il arrive un drame.Un adjoint et le maire de la ville sont au courant mais ne peuvent pas intervenir.Si nous obtenons pas satisfaction nous nous verrons obligés d'appeler une émission bien connue et nous le souhaitons pas car nous louons depuis des années sur votre plate-forme et jamais déçu. ( nous en avons réservé un pour août)Je précise que cette personne est interdit de gérer par un tribunal de commerce pour une durée de 15ans à partir du 8/12/2022 suite a dune autre gestion dans un autre domaine. ( L'adjoint du maire m'a envoyé la parution du jounal)Malheureusement je ne peux pas vous transmettre les photos cela ne fonctionne pas. Espérant une réponse de votre part.
