"We were sidetracked and did not arrive until midnight on the day of check in. Celine had emailed me and when when I did not respond, she called to check on our well being and what time we would arrive. I felt bad that she was of course still awake at midnight to welcome us and unaware that she had other guests leaving at 5am so she had to be up super early to prepare those guests breakfast. "Amazing comfortable bed with firm but supportive mattress! Super quiet neighbourhood. Right by the Arboretum gardens of the Château. 5 minute walk to Tesse boulangerie. Bagnoles lac and restaurants 20 mins walk away. New Voie verte now connects with La Ferté-Macé giving nearly level route there....roughly 30-40 mins cycle depends how fast you go. And you could easily cycle onto Briouze and catch a train to Paris! Apartment is well equipped with good kitchen if you want to self cater. Nice little...
