"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. Gym was mediocre, but with the proximity to the promenade it was ok, since we were able to run 5-10k daily outside anyway. All in all, the hotel would be better priced at 300-600$/night max! Not worth over 1k/night, decently not worth the 2k+/night price we paid!"
