A summary of southern sweetness ! Large west-facing terrace, with swimming pool in a quiet residence. High floor with elevator. Secured access. Very good state. 20 minutes on foot (10 minutes by bus or car) from the famous Croisette, its beaches, the Palais des festivals and congresses.

Swimming pool accessible from May to October (in the residence).

25 m2 terrace sunny all afternoon, with dining table, deckchairs, blinds and electric roller shutters.

Free secure parking (for small cars)

Sleeping for 1 to 4 people:
The bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a large wardrobe.

Mobile air conditioner in the bedroom.

The living room has a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, TV, table, storage furniture.
