About this property

Maison six Couchages à Proximité de la Mer. Location Aout, Septembre 2024

  • I am renting for the months of June, July, August and September 2025 my house in Le Castellet 83330.

    House with two bedrooms (one large with double bed, one small with single bed), large living room (three sleeping places) bathroom with shower and kitchen, with shaded garden for outside meals

    The house is in a gated residence with caretakers at the entrance. Two allocated parking spaces plus others available in front

    The house is equipped with refrigerators, freezer, gas stove with electric hob, electric oven, microwave oven. Sheets and covers not provided, remember to take duvets because the nights are cool

    It is rented preferably for the week from WE to WE, for other periods please contact me to see availability.

    It is rented at 1000 euros per week in July and August, 800 euros per week in June and September, half on reservation the balance on arrival. Deposit check for 500 euros requested but not cashed.
