- A 25 m² living room with wall-mounted projection screen (with access to TV channels), sofa, dining area and ethanol fireplace.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Mezzanine sleeping area with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A lovely 40 m² garden, enclosed and shared with the owners, with south-east exposure
- A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

La maisonette is ideally located in La Celle-Saint-Cloud, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
