Sheets + towels included. 1 bag of pellets (15kg) free and the following 10€. Free electric vehicle terminal during the day. Private car park. Old renovated farm on the heights of Châtelard. Neat, refined decoration, with character. Warm and cozy interior. Large outdoor terrace of 50 m² facing south facing the mountains. Immediate quality environment near hiking trails in summer. Panoramic view of the Bauges. Charming, spacious cottage, located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges. Privileged location between lake and mountain, halfway between the beaches of Lac du Bourget and Lac d'Annecy (35 km). Many family resorts nearby: Aillons-Margeriaz at 22 km, Savoie Grand Revard at 26 km, Le Semnoz at 30 km. Shops and services 4 km.
