Good property

We encountered a problem with lock on the front door that was not dealt with. We were not told about bringing our own linen until we had left home and therefore had to buy linen. The house was within easy reach of the beautiful beach at Batz sur Mer, the dramatic coastline and the tempting restaurants/shops in Le Croisic. We enjoyed our holiday.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig. Einkaufen, Strand, Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof ( mit Zug angereist) gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Problematisch die Anmietung von Bettwäsche und Handtücher(sehr teuer), da schwierige Kommunikation, kein englisch.

Maison lumineuse, pratique et bien située.Le ménage final est inclus, ce qui est un vrai plus (par contre il faut penser à amener ses draps et serviettes)Seul (petit) bémol : certains appareils ne fonctionnaient pas et la communication un peu décousue avec l’hôte n’a pas facilité le règlement de ces problèmes.Cependant c’est globalement une excellente expérience de vacances, et je recommande sans réserve !

Très belle maison, grand jardin, très bien située. Rien à redire. Le propriétaire répond rapidement di besoin. Il manque juste un égouttoir pour la vaisselle. Je recommande ce logement idéal pour passer des vacances tranquilles.

Maison de charme, tout à fait adaptée à une famille pour des vacances ! Au RDC, une pièce de vie très agréable et lumineuse. On peut manger à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur à 6/7 personnes à son aise. Un coin cuisine avec tout le confort qui vous permet des repas cuisinés ou plus rapides si on n'a pas envie de cuisiner. Une salle d'eau avec wc, lavabo et douche au RDC, bien pratique pour éviter la queue quand on est nombreux ! Une salle de bain pour le bain ou la douche au 1er étage avec des meubles de rangement pour poser ses affaires personnelles. La chambre parentale est spacieuse avec largement de quoi ranger ses affaires. La deuxième chambre avec 3 couchages est tout à fait adaptée à des enfants ou des adolescents. Cette maison est à 5 mn de la plage Port Lin, même temps pour aller à l'Intermarché dans lequel vous trouvez tout à des prix très raisonnables et de très bonne qualité (pour la viande, le poisson) mais on peut aussi aller au marché (15 mn) à pieds. Nous avons visité l'île d'Houat avec une traversée en bateau du port du Croisic et les marais salants à Batz-sur-mer (10mn en voiture) "La p'tite ferme de Mélie". Je recommande cette sortie, accueil chaleureux, visite en calèche des marais salants avec des explications à la fois techniques mais très claires pour les petits comme pour les grands sur l'historique et le métier de paludier. Tout cela avec une dose d'humour !Nous avons tous passé de bonnes vacances avec des souvenirs plein la tête !

Un très bon séjour au croisic

Une très bonne semaine grâce à ce logement très bien placé. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied : la plage, le centre ville… Un bel équipement pour les bébés et un jardin clos idéal pour notre chien. Petit bémol : la cuisine un peu petite mais tout le reste était top ! Merci à notre hôte pour sa réactivité par message.

Région magnifique avec une météo exceptionnelle. Belles visites, belles randonnées Notre location aurait été parfaite si l’extérieur etait entretenu. Déception à l’arrivée, pas conforme aux photos. Entre la table du salon de jardin qui est rouillée, mais rouillée ! Et les toiles d’araignée dans l’encadrement des fenêtres, vitres non faites à l'extérieur pelouse et fleurs non entretenues...quel dommage. Intérieur très confortable. Il ne manque rien
