And they've nailed it: tastefully decorated with a nod to wood accents, this villa exudes Creole charm, inviting you to unwind and enjoy a tranquil vacation. Plus, it's just a short stroll from the beach, offering easy access to seaside bliss. My Charming Lovely Villa in Martinique Nestled amidst a sprawling tropical garden spanning 1500 m2, boasting mango trees, soursop trees, traveler's trees, lemon trees, guava trees... Villa Mabouya is a mere 10-minute walk from the beach and local shops. To make the most of the lush garden views, a spacious terrace awaits on the first floor. The Vibe of my vacation rental just a short walk from the beach With a fully-equipped mahogany kitchen seamlessly connected to the terrace via an exotic wood pass-through complete with bar stools, Villa Mabouya strikes the perfect balance of functionality and style. The living room's high ceilings lend an airy feel to the space. Villa Mabouya boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms, three with their own ensuite shower rooms and separate toilets. Positioned on the first floor, the first two bedrooms feature canopy beds crafted from Andean laurel, draped in cotton veil mosquito netting. The first bedroom opens onto the terrace, adorned in soothing blues and whites, while the second bedroom radiates warm yellow-orange tones. The third bedroom offers a trundle bed. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom is a spacious retreat paying homage to the beauty of wood. The tropical garden and pool of my Family Villa With sweeping views of the garden, the terrace is the heart of the villa. A teak dining table beckons for al fresco meals with loved ones, while two cozy wicker sofas invite you to sip on local ti'punch. A hammock calls for a lazy afternoon nap, and the inviting pool promises moments of pure relaxation. The villa is rated 3*. Un bon point de chute et une maison agréable

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour à la villa Mabouya. La maison est bien située et trÚs agréable à vivre. L'accueil et la communication avec Stéphanie étaient simples et fluides. Merci ! A noter que la chambre studio est un peu bruyante avec les climatisations à proximité, et la cuisine n'est pas trÚs bien équipée en petit électroménager.

La maison est vraiment agréable, que ce soit l intérieur comme l extérieur ! Le jardin est juste magnifique avec ses cocotiers, son palmier rouge ou encore avec l arbre du voyageur ! La literie est parfaite ! I Encore un grand merci à Corine pour sa disponibilité et son accueil. Je recommande vivement cette location.

L'accueil sur les lieu est irréprochable et trÚs sympathique. Villa trÚs agréable.

Nous avons vécu 10 jours de vacances superbes dans cette villa . L'accueil est irréprochable et trÚs réactif . Le logement est trÚs bien équipé, sécurisé pour la présence de jeunes enfants, et crée une superbe ambiance de villa créole. La commune du Diamant est trÚs bien située pour decouvrir l'ßle. Nous recommederons la villa Mabouya .

Passez des bonnes vacances

La maison et les alentours sont magnifiques. Seul problĂšme, l’odeur du bois dans la maison, ce qui n est pas mentionnĂ© dans l’annonce, une dĂ©couverte qui selon nous justifiera une diminution du prix. L'accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©e n’était pas trĂšs chaleureux mais on a apprĂ©ciĂ© qu’on pouvait accĂ©der Ă  la maison plus tĂŽt. Autre problĂšme au niveau de communication, quand on voulait aller chercher le ticket gratuit pour la distillerie ClĂ©ment, on a perdu une heure et impossible de trouver les locaux. C’est en demandant l’agent Ă  la fin des vacances qu’on Ă©tait informĂ© du dĂ©mĂ©nagement de l’agence et on n‘a pas eu le ticket gratuit, donc promesse pas tenue. Cdlt Yoann

Villa Mabouya can be recommended

The villa is fantastic we (6 people) enjoyed the stay very much. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, it has everything you need to cook. Even in bad weather the terrace is the centre of attention for all residents. The villa is furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We would come again. The house was clean for Caribbean conditions. In two rooms and the kitchen there was an unpleasant smell, which went away with time, but not completely. As a non-French speaking guest, communication with the estate agent was limited.
