Nous avons séjourné dans ce super duplex du 15 au 25/10/25.Charlotte nous a accueillie comme des rois: sourire, gentillesse, nombreux conseils et disponibilité!Le logement est très spacieux et répond à toutes les attentes.L'emplacement est topissime, aux pieds de la plage du Diamant!Je recommande vivement!Seul petit bémol mais vraiment petit: les petits carreaux au fond de la piscine qui se décollent.

L’accueil dans le logement a été parfait. Les hôtes très gentils. L’emplacement très bien pour pouvoir visiter le sud de la Martinique. Un peu loin pour le nord ( exemple anse couleuvre et St-Pierre) Par contre quelques petits points pour améliorer le séjour: 1- un set de serviette supplémentaire 2- un armoire avec couverture plus chaude 3- des oreillers 4- des moustiquaires pour pouvoir laisser les portes ouvertes sans moustiques Je reviendrais très certainement à cet endroit .

Superbes vacances en Martinique au 222 dans une résidence calme et un appartement bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Charlotte et les proprietaires sont accueillants et disponibles tout au long du séjour. En résumé, une bonne adresse pour decouvrir l'île aux fleurs !

Un duplex assez bien équipé dans une résidence calme , proche de la mer et des commerces. La piscine n’est pas entretenue et il manque des relax autour . Nous n’avons pas pu apprécier la terrasse car le store n’est pas du tout adapté, trop de soleil le matin et pas abritée en cas de pluie .

Endroit très bien situé et les commodités sont biens. Des chaises de plage fournies serait un atout puisqu’il y a peu de chaises à la piscine et nécessaire pour la plage. L’équipement fourni pour la cuisine est très bien.

Le 222 est l appartement idéal pour visiter la Martinique. La décoration est soignée, la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. Les propriétaires et Charlotte sont charmants et très réactifs sur nos demandes. La résidence est bien placée et possède une belle piscine. Les environs sont bien arborés ce qui cache un peu la vue mer mais nous préserve du soleil. En résumé nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en Martinique !

Tout était parfait.

Nous venons de passer 12 jours en famille dans cet appartement. Rien à redire, c'était parfait. L'appartement était fidèle aux photos, propre et très bien agencé, bien situé, bonne literie, machine à laver à disposition et linge de piscine (un plus). Les contacts avec les propriétaires se sont très bien passés (merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenu) et l'accueil de Charlotte était vraiment très agréable. Nous avons directement pu bénéficier des bons plans pour nos futurs visites sur l'ile. En résumé, vous pouvez sans autre réserver cet appartement pour vos vacances en Martinique. Pour la voiture de location, nous pouvons également recommander l'agence Lokizy en Martinique (accueil personnalisé directement à l'aéroport).

Résidence très confortable et au calme. Accueil sympathique et disponibilité très appréciée. Table en terrasse agréable , on a juste regretté l’absence de store ou de parasol pour s’abriter du soleil au petit déjeuner. Une belle adresse !

L’emplacement de l’appart au diamant est idéal pour visiter la Martinique et ses plus belles plages . Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et au petit soin à l’accueil comme au départ. L’appart est le reflet des photos sur Abritel.

Appartement fonctionnel, joliment décoré et bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Martinique et avons beaucoup apprécié le duplex 222. L'appartement correspond à la description, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. La résidence et la piscine sont calmes. Le diamant est bien situé pour visiter le sud de la Martinique. Boulangerie, magasin de vêtements, bazar, restaurant, café, traiteur, distributeur de billets situés à proximité. Peu de moustiques, climatisation dans les chambres, bonne literie, parking securisé (le balcon terrasse donne sur le parking, les arbres visibles sur la photo ont été coupés, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné, on voit la mer du balcon). Si nous revenons en Martinique, nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement. Je trouve que la plage du diamant est la plus belle de Martinique. Stéphane et Sabine, qui se sont occupés de notre accueil et départ, ont été très sympathiques et ponctuels. Vraiment parfait.

Voyage magnifique et inoubliable. Quel bonheur de voir ces sourires et yeux émerveillés devant tant de paysages colorés tant au-dessus de la mer qu'en dessous (jolies tortues, poissons colorés et dauphins) L'appartement top complet et approximite de toutes commodités et la plage à l'eau turquoise face à ce mythique rocher du Diamant. Merci à la gentillesse des propriétaires et de Sandrine. Merci de nous avoir fait rêver. Je recommande.

sehr schönes Appartement

Ein sehr schöne Unterkunft. Modern und sauber mit allem Komfort. Die Zimmer haben Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm war. Die Anlage macht einen netten Eindruck. Am Pool gibt es leider keine Liegestühle. Zu Fuß ist es 600 Meter zum Strand. Wir sind meistens mit dem Auto gefahren. Es gibt überall Parkplätze. Bäcker ist auch gleich da.

Wunderschöner Urlaub auf Martinique

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, welche Teil einer größeren, umzäunten Anlage mit Swimmingpool ist. Die Bilder geben die Wohnung sehr gut wieder. Alle Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Vom Balkon aus konnte man beim Frühstücken in der Tat das Meer sehen. Bei der Ankunft gab es auch noch ein Präsent in Form einer Flasche Rum. Es war ebenfalls Saft und Konfitüre im Kühlschrank, so dass man sich bei Ankunft ein wenig erfrischen konnte. Wirklich sehr nett von Sand & Titi. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung verlief ebenfalls reibungslos. Stephane konnte neben französisch auch englisch, so dass wir zur Not umschalten konnten, wenn unser französisch mal nicht ausreichte. Einziges kleines Manko aus unserer Sicht ist eine fehlende Steckdose in den Badezimmern. Für einen Urlaub auf Martinique ist diese Wohnung sehr gut gelegen, da die meisten Ausflugsziele eher im Süden liegen.
