Newly built, this luxury villa offers a magnificent view of the Diamond Rock, a private swimming pool with a sunken beach and sunbathing in the water, and beach access at certain times of the year.



This superb villa consists of a ground floor with kitchen, laundry room, living room and master bedroom. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a magnificent terrace on the sea side for even more space and tranquillity. The car park secured by an electric gate will allow you to park your car safely.



A few steps from the sea, the Eden Roc villa offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.

Vacances famille mars 25

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables dans cette magnifique villa. Tout était parfait équipements modernes et de qualité, clim dans toutes les pièces… Et surtout un emplacement en bord de mer et une vue à couper le souffle sur le diamant. Merci à Pierre Henri pour ses délicates attentions. Bref, j’arrête là, ce serait bien qu’il reste de la dispo pour notre prochain séjour. Philippe.

Villa exceptionnelle

La villa est très propre, beaucoup plus belle en personne que sur les photos, la vue est à couper le souffle, la villa est vraiment bien équipée, il ne manque de rien. J'aimerais bien trouver un bémol mais c'est impossible, c'était au dela de nos espérance et croyez moi, j'ai beaucoup voyagéet je suis "picky"! Mettre des lumieres dans les marches sur le côté de la piscine...

Villa du plus bel effet !

Nos impressions sur la villa sont excellentes. Elle beneficie d' une situation exceptionnelle, La vueeeee l’accès a la mer, les prestations sont de qualités, il ne manque rien, jusqu'aux paniers osiers pour les courses ou la plages, le parking fermé. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Rien ne manquait et nous reviendrons surement. Magnifique expérience en famille. je me le demande encore !

Séjour formidable à l'Eden Roc

La beauté du site : bel ensemble de villas, joli jardin bien entretenu, constructions de qualité, vue magnifique, accès direct à la plage, situation idéale pour découvrir l'île. La villa était très bien équipée ( mobilier et équipements ménagers de qualité) L'accès en voiture est dangereux (mettre une glace sur le trottoir d'en face pour permettre de visualiser mieux le trafic). Compte tenu du prix élevé de la location, prévoir pour les séjours d'une semaine, le ménage de la villa a mi séjour, sécurité piscine pour des enfants ne sachant pas nager ( le système ne se déclenche pas en cas de chute au niveau des escaliers du bassin), poubelle extérieure pour le verre.

Séjour fantastique

Location conforme à la description et aux photos. Superbe villa, neuve, propre, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, meublée et décorée avec goût dans un endroit extrêmement calme où seuls le bruit des vagues et le champs des oiseaux se font entendre. La vue sur la mer et le rocher du diamant est époustouflante. Le tout est complété par une piscine extrêmement agréable. L’accueil est chaleureux et les gens charmants. Tout est parfaitement organisé et fait pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. En résumé. Villa de rêve dans un endroit de rêve. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons.

Excellent séjour comme d’habitude . C’est vraiment un plaisir et un émerveillement de louer une villa Éden Rock . Alice qui est l’assistante commerciale du site est vraiment adorable, professionnelle et très proactive. Nous avons eu également un très bon contact avec les propriétaires des villas . Une équipe vraiment à l’écoute de ses locataires . Les villas sont très bien équipées avec tout le confort souhaité, décorées avec beaucoup de goût et spacieuses avec une vue incroyable sur le Diamant . - Accessibilité pour personnes à mobilité réduite . - Mettre un miroir en face de la sortie de la résidence car relativement dangereux.

Vacances merveilleuses

La villa était parfaite pour notre semaine de vacances en famille. La vue est juste incroyable, l’emplacement très bon proche du centre du Diamant. La villa est très bien équipée avec beaucoup de goût. Le service est irréprochable et très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec joie! L’accès tv mais cela n’a pas été très problématique pour nous
