About this property

Yellow Beach Villa - Creole-style house on the beach

  • A modern Creole-style single-story villa with a square floor plan (12 m x 12 m), featuring a terrace and two wooden decks totaling 56 m², comprising 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 entryway, 1 storage room, 1 separate toilet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with toilets, one of which is en suite with the master bedroom.
An open terrace measuring 12 m² with a large barbecue.
A garden with a wooden gazebo covered in palm fronds, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a 50 m² raised wooden deck overlooking the beach and the sea, with private beach access.

Located on the island’s most beautiful white-sand beach with private access, the modern-style villa overlooks the turquoise blue sea with a breathtaking view of the famous Rocher du Diamant, located directly across from the deck and the wooden gate leading to the beach.

The authentic Creole gazebo made of palm fronds, perfect for enjoying a ti-punch or breakfast, the hammocks suspended from the branches of almond trees, the two exotic outdoor showers, and the giant barbecue located near the large deck and terracotta terrace—which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen—along with three air-conditioned and naturally ventilated bedrooms and a comfortable living room (80 satellite TV channels and on-demand films, Wi-Fi, stereo system, phone service), will ensure you have a unique and memorable stay on our beautiful “Island of Flowers.”

Le Chill restaurant is located near the house. Less than a minute’s drive away are the two restaurants on Anse Cafard Beach (New Cap and Chez Ernest). Other restaurants are located in the village, a 2- to 3-minute drive away.

The bakery/pastry shop and the fruit and vegetable market, open daily, are a 15- to 20-minute walk at a leisurely pace along the beach: perfect for preparing a delicious breakfast with fresh local fruit and warm pastries to enjoy under the Creole gazebo upon returning from your stroll.

The shops and supermarket are located mainly in the village, on either side of the church along the high street.

The house is located across from a bus/taxi shelter.

They will have access to the entire house and the entire garden.
The outdoor storage area is private; however, they will have a key to access all the beach equipment (ping-pong table, Moré boards, snorkel and mask, ball, beach toys for the children, ...)

I will not be on-site, but I remain available for any communication (advice, information, addresses, issues to resolve, etc.) or to assist upon request or as needed.

The Dizac area in Le Diamant is known for the Dizac plantation, a former distillery.
Memorial 110, unveiled on the 150th anniversary of the abolition of slavery and located a 2- to 3-minute drive away, tells the storey of this last galleon-type sailing ship that sank off the beach following a storm.

There is a bus shelter in front of the house where you can catch a shared taxi that serves Anses d’Arlet and Le Diamant.
Local taxis are usually parked in front of the church; otherwise, you’ll need to call one to pick you up at your home.
The best way to explore the island is to rent a car in advance from rental agencies located at the airport before your arrival (online booking recommended).
The grounds feature several secure and free parking spaces.

The Mer du Diamant, although known for its natural and invigorating waters, can become rough depending on weather conditions; therefore, it is important to remain vigilant, especially in the presence of waves and currents.
We welcome guests of all nationalities—especially families and couples—who are well-mannered, respectful of the property, and eager to discover our Creole culture and our beautiful “Island of Flowers,” in an exceptional and unique setting (a modern waterfront villa with private beach access) to relax and get a change of scenery—or simply in search of an exotic getaway!
Please note that the villa must be left in the same clean condition as it was upon your arrival; a deep cleaning is not required.
The sea, sparkling and shimmering with various shades of blue, can be unpredictable at times. The safety guidelines posted in the villa and provided upon guests’ arrival must be followed.
