  • Villa Maorie 1 is a gem nestled among the Villas du Lagon, located in the village of Le François. This prime location offers direct access to the beach along the Cap Est lagoon with its crystal-clear waters. The villa was completely renovated in August 2022, offering a modern and comfortable place to stay for large families or groups of friends.
    Designed in a contemporary style, the villa features 5 double bedrooms as well as an adjoining studio. On the ground floor, the fully equipped open-concept kitchen opens onto a spacious living room. The left wing of the villa includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The right wing features a studio accessible directly from the living room. The studio consists of a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as a living room/kitchen.
    Outside, you can enjoy a deck facing the ocean as well as two small private pools where you can relax and soak up the sun in complete privacy. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.
    Villa Maorie 1 can accommodate 12 adults and 2 children and can be rented simultaneously with Villa Maorie 2, which has 5 bedrooms.

Wonderful stay!

We were 3 groups of Americans visiting Martinique. The pics dont show, but this is a pretty big villa complex with a restaurant/bar tennis beach lagoon plus the dock, plus a kayak rental on the beach. The restaurant/bar was a nice surprise We rentrd maorie 1 plus the lockout/suite. The villa is a great layout for large groups, plenty of baths and bedrooms were spread out. We spent lots of time on the deck overlooking the beach. Sandra and Jean were amazing from meeting us at the airport to tending to any need we had while there. Everyone was super nice, the complex is gated and nice paths to walk to the villas. Overall a wonderful trip
