Spacious duplex near the beach with a cistern

  • Spacious and cosy, this apartment is ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends, just a few minutes’ walk from Anse Vinaigri Beach.



    Located in a peaceful setting, it can accommodate up to 4 people and a baby.



    The apartment is thoughtfully equipped and prepared to ensure a comfortable stay and allow you to fully enjoy your experience in Guadeloupe.



    On the ground floor, the living area with a TV offers a lovely living space. The open-concept kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), allows you to prepare and enjoy your meals either indoors or on the terrace with a view of the surrounding greenery.



    Both bedrooms are located upstairs; each is air-conditioned and features a queen-size bed (160x200) with high-quality bedding and storage space. Linens are included. A cot can be added (upon request and for an additional fee).



    The bathroom is functional, featuring a sink, bathtub, and toilet. For optimal comfort, the apartment has a water tank.



    A dedicated office space upstairs will allow you to stay connected if needed.



    Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Anse Vinaigri Beach, you’ll find all the essential shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, etc.).



    Located in the charming residential area of Dampierre, the apartment’s location is also the perfect starting point for exploring the wonders of Guadeloupe.
