High quality, well-equiped, apartment in excellent location

Pros: We were glad to have the baby bed and roll-away bed for the children. We also really liked the self-serve wine selection (even though we didn't use any) and thought it was very reasonably priced. Cons: We were happy with the place we rented but not with the online platform (Bookiply, VRBO, Holidu?) we booked it through. Modifying a booking is a mess, and Holidu also asked for a 1500 Euro deposit that the owner did not want or need. And what is the platform anyway? Is it Bookiply, Holidy, VRBO, or all of the above???? The apartment was generally well-equiped and well-stocked...but there were some minor omissions: no garbage bags at all, no paper towels, only one roll of toilet paper.
