Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence with an elevator and swimming pool, this bright and functional apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc.), a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a storage closet. There's a loggia area for enjoying seasonal meals and a walk-in closet.
Secure parking is available in the residence.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll reach the beach, shops, the port, and the lively town center. Whether you're looking for relaxation, walks, or water sports, everything is nearby for a successful stay.
