Jederzeit wieder

So eine friedliche Umgebung! Die Straße, die man unten auf dem Foto sieht, ist nur ein Geweg. Man hört also keinerlei Verkehr, höchstens ab und zu vom Meer her (Schnellboote). In den frühen Morgenstunden kann das Möwengeschrei nerven, aber dagegen hilft Oropax. Wir haben auf jeden Fall Anfang Juni 2026 einen unserer entspannendsten Urlaube in diesem Apartment verbracht.

Fantastische Aussicht und grosse Terrasse. Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem was Schliessung von Fenster und Türen angeht sowie Elektrizität (rausfallende Steckdosen, und Leuchtmittel).

Super location

Logement spacieux, bien équipé avec un immense balcon avec vue sur mer superbe. Appartement très propre dans une résidence à 30 m de la plage, centre commercial à 10mn à pied et à 20 mn à pied du port du Grau-du-Roi. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. J'ai oublié l'importance du parking privé.

La vue sur la mer magnifique, coucher de soleil tous les soirs, la clim appréciable en pleine canicule, le calme malgré tout car suffisamment éloigné des campings avec sono à fond. Bel espace dans l'appartement et une literie topissime ! Les moins : évacuation douche et wc pas top, odeurs sdb et wc pas très sympas, l'aspirateur à changer il ne fonctionne pas. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la machine à laver. Le ménage à notre arrivée plutôt moyen.

a notre arrivé lavabo pas vidé terrasse tres sale , et machaine a laver en panne plus pas de micro ondes , bref et rideau sur terrasse a eviter de baiser car tres deteriorés sinon , belle vue et agreable pour le reste pret de la plage et des commerces comme indiqué mais a revoir pour les ustensiles de cuisine
