Prise en compte de la chambre possible à partir de 17 heures. Nous avions quitté l'hôtel précédent à 11 heures et le trajet entre les deux hôtels était de 30 minutes Que fait-on entre 11 h 30 et 17 heures sans avoir accès à la chambre. Le plus grave est que Hôtels.com ne mentionne pas cette obligation de ne prendre la chambre qu'à partir de 17 h. On l'apprend après avoir payé et sans aucune possibilité de revenir en arrière. Pour moi, "hôtels.com" c'est définitivement terminé.

Die Anlage liegt an der Grenze zu La Grand Motte, ca. 3km zum nächsten SuperU in Le Grau du Roi, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit im abgeschlossenen Innengelände. Positiv für uns: Keinerlei Animationen, sehr ruhig. Zimmer (wir hatten ein Basiczimmer) schienen frisch renoviert. Es war alles da und hat funktioniert, was auf der Liste stand. Wir waren im September dort, 28 C, heute würde ich nur ein Zi mit Klimaanlage buchen. Die Schnakenplage war groß, die Fenster mußten früh geschlossen werden, und der Ventilator brachte zu wenig Kühlung. Das Gebäude außen und innen (Flure) sollte dringend renoviert werden incl. Beleuchtung. Wir hatten "nur" mit Frühstück gebucht, das reichte uns. Auch bei späterer Ankunft (möglich bis 12 Uhr!) waren die drei Bufettes immer gut bestückt bzw. wurden ergänzt. Die Vielfalt war groß, das Personal immer um Sauberkeit bemüht. Ein No-go: Mit 1 Putzlappen (ohne Wassereimer!) wurden bis zu 10 Tische und Stühle (!) abgewischt. Bitte künftig 2 verschiedene Eimer und 2 verschiedene Putzlappen vorsehen. Das wäre appetitlicher. Schwimmbad innen und außen sauber, Becken an manchen Stellen reparaturbedürftig. Leider funktionierte keine Dusche. Schön war der nahe Strand, weitgehend sauber.

Eine kleine Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich. Liegt direkt am Strand. Der touristische Bereich von La-Grande-Motte kann zu Fuss erreicht werden. Wir würden wieder hin gehen.

Très beau cadre beau parc et belle situation en face de la plage. Bien équipé, en revanche les bâtiments sont vieux et mal isolés. La propreté est tout juste suffisante. On apprécierai une machine à cafyplus actuelle et qualitative qu’une vieille machine à filtre. Grand parking securisé. Réception minimaliste. Alentours agréables. Plage proche mais petite. Ne vaut pas le prix.
