Adjoining, you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Enjoy the coolness of the two terraces equipped with blinds, (one solarium on the seafront, one on the second line), where you can have meals with your family, on the large garden furniture. La localisation est excellente et le propriétaire très bien aussi. Proche du centre ville sans avoir les inconvénients. Possible de garer la voiture dans l'allée. Très agréable location.
