Appartement trÚs confortable à 100m de la plage.TrÚs beau point de vue sur la baie. Clim trÚs appréciée aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Appartement bien situĂ©. Parking privĂ© (malgrĂ© les dĂ©jections d'oiseaux sur la voiture , tous les jours , en quantitĂ©). Environnement calme , quelques commerces de base Ă  proximitĂ©. SĂ©jour hors saison , trĂšs calme , c'est ce que nous recherchions . Équipement complet de l'appartement, frigo un peu au bout de sa vie , mais tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien. Nous conseillons sur cette pĂ©riode, sĂ»rement beaucoup plus bruyant en pleine saison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce super appartement à la vue magnifique sur la mer. Le service conciergerie est au top, accueil sympa, de bons conseils sur les alentours et les bonnes adresses culinaires. Franchement tout etait réuni pour que nous passions un excellent séjour. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi à 16 heures comme prévu. nous étions attendus devant la résidence. Bon accueil. Vue exceptionnelle sur la baie du Grau du Roi, en fond la Grande Motte, Carnon, Palavas. Loin du centre ville du Grau du Roi (50 mn à pieds) donc loin du monde. Bon restaurant à Port Camargue, le bistrot du port. Départ lundi matin 10 heures comme prévu.

Nous avons passé une trÚs belle semaine de vacances dans ce logement avec notre chien. Résidence trÚs calme, sécurisée, propriétaire à l'écoute, procédures d'arrivée et de départ trÚs claires (Ludo conciergerie au top) Appartement propre et fonctionnel, la climatisation a été fortement appréciée ! Et impossible de se lasser de la superbe vue mer depuis le balcon...

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cet appartement avec 4 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans. L’endroit est top pour les petits, accĂšs Ă  la mer directement Ă  pied, proche de petits commerces. Grande terrasse trĂšs pratique ! N’hĂ©sitez pas !

Logement trÚs bien placé et trÚs bonne communication pour l'arrivée et le départ. En revanche, la propreté est à revoir ainsi que l'équipement de l'appartement (pas de savon pour se laver les mains, pas de petites serviettes, pas de de tapis de bain - il serait bien de le préciser avant l'arrivée afin que l'on puisse prévoir le nécessaire de notre cÎté).

Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé super agréable. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Tres bien situé, au calme. Une vue sur la mer à tomber avec une belle terrasse idéale pour prendre les repas. Logement trÚs fonctionnel et trÚs propre. Une belle salle de bain rénovée. Rien à redire. A recommander sans hésitation.

Kosten fĂŒr WĂ€schepaket und Grundreinigung war bei FeWo nicht ersichtlich. Fernbedienung fĂŒr Toröffner defekt und wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht in Ordnung gebracht. FĂŒr 2 Erwachsene plus Kind ideal, ab 4 Erwachsene viel zu eng. Angenehm ruhig, strandnah, abgeschlossener Parkplatz nahe Eingang.
