Communal playground 200m away (behind the Town Hall). In a peaceful rural hamlet, this former presbytery has been carefully restored around its listed staircase. It now offers a spacious and comfortable gîte where, with family or friends, you can enjoy the ideal location to discover the treasures of the department. Situated between Saint-Lô (horse capital) and Villedieu-les-Poêles (copper city), but also close to the Port of Granville and Coutances Cathedral, this small town is less than 20 km from the A84 motorway if you wish to visit Mont Saint-Michel or the D-Day Landing Beaches. Numerous hiking trails are available in the area. For an event, the town offers a reception room 200 m away with a capacity of 70 people. The remarkable staircase isn't the only asset of this gîte, which also benefits from a lovely view of the countryside and a very pleasant southern exposure.

Not the best!

This property is okay, but really not more. Dishes were dirty, one of the showers full of hair. Two of the rooms smelled moldy. The mold must be between the original old wall and the drywall. Some things were broken and need to be fixed. There is a huge deposit in cash, which is way too much. I usually don’t have so much cash in times of credit cards and I don’t like that. There’s enough space for a party of 14 and enough equipment. If someone likes the quietness of country life that place is perfect. Just a church and five houses.
