"The staff was Lovely however the room was not 100% clean as there was some hair left in the shower. They cleaned it as soon as I told them so all good. "

"Nous avons passé un grand week-end très agréable à ARTHEZ D'ASSON. Les propriétaires du lieu sont très sympathiques, le gite de qualité avec tout le nécessaire pour rendre le séjour au top !Le beau temps n'était pas au rendez vous mais nous avons pu aller visiter les grottes de Bétarram (Arthez d'Asson pour les "locaux") et fait 2 jolies balades à ARTHEZ et FERRIERES nous faisant connaître le passé de la région.Repos et jeux au coin de la cheminée...Une dernière escapade au zoo d'Asson. Bref, je recommande à tous ceux qui ne connaissent pas le coin de venir faire un petit tour pour découvrir les beautés de cette vallée pyrénéenne."

"When we first went to our room we were greeted with no soap or shampoo. We let the desk person know and they said there should have been both. When we got back to our room we found very poor quality soap and watered down shampoo in a bottle. The room and property looked far older and less well-kept than the photos in the listings online. The biggest issue however, was that we were constantly finding ants all over our room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The room was tired and there was dust on many items where the ants weren't. The room opened onto a terrace area where they were cutting down shrubs. This may have driven the ants to relocate into the room. If this is the case however, it is a question of how they made their way in. We paid for three nights, but checked out after one night after we found ants crawling on the bed. The people working the desk were very nice but the property should really be closed down or at least be completely gutted and reworked."

"We had the reduced mobility room, which was excellent for the price. The location is perfect for the Rugby ground but also for various shops and restaurants nearby...our favourites are Léon and Noz for lots of bargains. The bus stop into the town centre is just outside the gates of the hotel. Plentiful parking and excellent staff. "
