"J'ai commandé un séjour de trois nuits dans un duplex, je l'ai payé et la propriétaire me dit qu'il n'y a plus de place.... Elle s'arrange pour me trouver un autre logement, un triplex, mais seulement pour deux nuits. Le tarif n'a pas changer et il est stipulé que je ne peux pas me faire rembourser... ..."
