We enjoyed a wonderful week at this villa. There was plenty of room for our group of four adults and two kids, everything was spotless, it's perfectly equipped, and the views are absolutely stunning. We rarely left the property--there was no need!

The house is fantastic - absolutely stunning. Beautiful views from all of the bedrooms, and the pool is incredible. We loved how close we were to town and beaches (approx 10-20min walk depending on where you go) and took advantage of both daily. The only issue we had was the driveway. It’s incredibly steep. We skid out in the car multiple times and ended up needing to park outside the gate. We were fine walking it but it would be very difficult for the very young or very old. That being said, the house is absolutely fabulous.

Traumvilla mit Traumaussicht

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Villa. Die Aussicht von der schönen Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Alle Mahlzeiten genossen wir am grossen, schattigen und windgeschützt platzierten Esstisch. Die Küche, die Zimmer und die Nasszellen sind überdurchschnittlich in ihrer Qualität. Für kleinen Einkäufe und einen kurzen Schwumm im Meer mieteten wir zwei E-Bikes; zu Fuss benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten (steiler Weg). Einziger Mangel: Bei unserer Ankunft liess die Sauberkeit (Küche, Toiletten) etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten entspricht die Villa genau der Beschreibung und wir können sie vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique villa, vue exceptionnelle !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa offre une vue magnifique depuis toutes les pièces, elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et offre tout le confort haut de gamme. La piscine à débordement est incroyable et toutes les commodités sont à moins de 10 mins en voiture. Parfaitement conforme aux photos, Jean-Emmanuel et Sonia ont été très accueillants et réactifs à nos demandes, merci encore.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la vue est magnifique, les extérieurs très bien pensés. Nous pouvions avoir chacun notre espace pour nous reposer. La villa est joliment décorée et ce mélange moderne bohème se marie vraiment bien. Pouvoir s’endormir et se réveiller avec cette vue du pure bonheur.🌟 L’accueil de Sonia absolument charmante et le propriétaire toujours disponible à nos questions. Neue Villa oberhalb von St. Clair mit Blick auf die Bucht. Komplette und hochwertige Ausstattung, Parkplatz vorm Haus, Zufahrt steil aber kein Problem. Nur die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher entsprechen nicht dem Standard des Hauses.

Wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken

Diese wunderschöne Architektenvilla bietet aus allen Räumen außergewöhnlich schöne Blicke auf das Meer und die Bucht von Saint Clair. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für dieses schöne Haus ist sehr gut. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch Fr. Sonja waren sehr bemüht unsere Wünsche und Fragen zu erfüllen. Top notch vacation villa

A true gem at the French coast! The view is amazing and the interior design outstanding. We spent long hours on the lovely terrace, refreshed in the infinity pool and were lucky to sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen equipment provides everything even for the ambitious hobby chef - the high-end Weber BBQ grill was fun! All in all a clear 10/10 - a luxury that the owners rent out such a personal home to vrbo members. Thank you, Jean-Emmanuel!

Atemberaubende Villa

Das Haus ist architektonisch und von der Lage ein absolutes Highlight. Alle Zimmer haben einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Die beeindruckenden Fotos aus dem Internet werden beim Betreten des Hauses nochmal getoppt. Vielen Dank für den perfekten Urlaub und die tolle Betreuung durch Sonia. Das Haus ist der absolute Traum. Super Lage, wundervoller Blick über St.Clair. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles sehr geschmackvoll möbliert, die Terrasse und der Pool wunderschön. Die Einfahrt sehr steil aber machbar.

Ma famille et moi même avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa est magnifique avec une décoration très épurée, son plus est définitivement la vue ainsi que l’espace extérieur. Jean-Emmanuel s’est toujours rendu disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas votre choix!

Excellente expérience au sein de la villa, une vue magnifique.

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances, la villa était magnifique avec une belle vue sur la côte et à proximité de tout (restaurants, plages…). Just great!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fabulous, luxurious, charming, well equipped and modern house. We did not miss anything and felt like home. After a warm welcome by the adorable concierge Sonia, we simply relaxed and enjoyed the great view, pool, petanque court .... In fact, we rarely left the house. The communication with the landlord was great as well. The driveway to the house is a bit steep but we found it manageable. We already booked for next year.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Blick auf die Île du Levant und den Strand von Saint Clair

Dieses neu gebaute Haus am Hügel über dem Strand von Saint Clair ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Die Eigentümer haben keine Kosten und Mühen gescheut, um im Außen- und Innenbereich dieses Hauses ein wunderbares Ambiente und eine einzigartige Aussicht auf die Île du Levant und den Strand von Saint Clair zu ermöglichen. Ausgestattet mit der modernsten Technik (Schiebetüren, die sich soweit öffnen lassen, dass der Innenbereich nahtlos zum Außenbereich gemacht werden kann, Küchengeräte etc.) gibt es nichts, was man entbehren könnte. Einzig die steile Zufahrt zum Haus ist nichts für ängstliche Fahrer, ist aber mit etwas Gewöhnung kein Problem. Wir werden definitiv gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in der Villa verbracht. Von jeder Stelle im und außerhalb des Hauses genießt man den traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Strand von Saint Clair. Großzügige Glasschiebewände vereinen Innen- und Außenbereich. Der große Pool und die neu angelegte Gartenanlage mit Boulebahn hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Sympathische und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Sonia. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
