The apartment (42 m² + 14 m² terrace) includes:
- 1 bedroom with double bed and storage
- Living room with sofa (160cm), table, and chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and full set of dishes
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
- Air conditioning + ceiling fan in both the living room and the bedroom
- Terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining

Sleeping capacity: 2 guests (sofa not convertible)

- Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival)

- Secure and human-scale residence :-) Quiet residence located on the heights, a 15-minute walk (1 km) from the town center, shops, and the main beach.
Allow about 18 minutes for the return walk, as the uphill climb takes a bit longer.

Parking: 1 private space in the secure residence

Please note: The residence usually has a pool, but it will be out of service for the 2026 season due to the May 2025 storms
