Apartment with panoramic ocean views located on the groundof a villa on the hills above Cavalière, for 2 adults and 1 child (can accommodate up to 2 children upon request). PLEASE NOTE: difficult access for low-clearance vehicles.



With a floor area of approximately 55 m², it offers a pleasant setting and all the comforts needed for a seaside holiday.



The apartment includes:

•An air-conditioned living area with a BZ sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), television, dining table, and Wi-Fi.

•An open-concept kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, hob, worktop, and dishes.

•A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a fan, built-in closets, and a window screen.

•A bathroom with a shower, sink, mirror, and washing machine.

•A separate toilet.



Outside, you’ll enjoy a furnished area with a table, 4 chairs, lounge chairs, and an electric grill, all in a quiet setting with a magnificent view of the sea.
