The apartment is located less than 500m from the beach of Saint Clair with a breathtaking view of the islands.
In a quiet and pleasant residence, you will be 5 minutes by car from the city centre of Le Lavandou.
Its location as well as its functionality will allow you to spend a pleasant and serene stay.

You will also have walking access to many restaurants and local shops.
A Spar and a tobacco bar are at the end of the street as well as the cycle path.

The kitchen open to the living/dining room will allow you to cook good meals in a friendly atmosphere that you can enjoy on a large pleasant terrace with a view of the sea.
The kitchen is functional and well equipped. You will find a dishwasher, an oven and electric hobs.PGJyPg
The living/dining room is large and bright with a 2-seater sofa bed.PGJyPg
There is also an independent bedroom with a double bed (140) and ample storage.
The bedroom opens onto a second terrace with sea view. You will have a beautiful exposure, especially at the end of the day in order to enjoy the wonderful light of the setting sun.

The bathroom with bathtub is attached to a separate toilet.

Bed linen / towels will be provided.
Air conditioning has just been installed this year. For those who cannot stand air conditioning, you will find a fan on the ceiling of the living room.

It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

A private parking space is provided

The view being earned, access to the apartment is via several stair railings.

Pets are not allowed.
