This property and the manager / owner cannot be faulted. We had an amazing week holiday next to the beach of St Clair. The apartment is fully equipped for a large family. We cannot wait to go back!
Nous étions avec notre fille dans ce logement qui est prévu pour 6. Donc de la place. Très bien situé, peut être un peu éloigné des commerces de bouche. Nous sommes repartis le vendredi soir pour un retour plus confortable après cette semaine très agréable. Nous avons reçu un sms du gardien nous remerciant pour la très bonne restitution. Et c’est là que je me dis que les frais de ménages à 200 € , c’est un peu cher.
Voilà , une bonne semaine de vacances.
Un séjour au top dans un superbe appartement avec ses 2 terrasses bien exposées. L’appartement est très bien agencé super bien équipé. David est au top de l’accueil. Vivement l’an prochain !

Brise Marine was the perfect location for our family holiday. Metres from our favourite beach with spacious parking meant it was very practical. The villa is immaculate and had everything we needed for a family of six. The outdoor space is very generous and the outdoor shower is great for getting rid of sand after the beach. David was a great host and really helpful - super communication and friendly. We have already booked for next year!

Een modern appartement nabij het strand, met ruime zonnige buitenruimte. Alles op loopafstand. Reuring en privacy zijn goed in balans. We hebben weer genoten!
Très bel appartement très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse abritée à proximité immédiate de la plage. Très bon contact avec Caroline et David lors de l’accueil. De très bonnes vacances !
La location est très bien située à 2 mn à pieds de la mer. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. le jardin est super avec belle terrasse ombragée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine vaisselles, ustensiles etc..Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Nous avons été agréablement surprises que l’annonce comporte une description parfaitement exacte des lieux. L’aménagement confortable de l’appartement et l’équipement très complet de la cuisine permettent un séjour de qualité. Nous remercions nos hôtes de nous avoir permis de passer une excellente semaine chez eux et espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Es ist ein wirklich schönes und helles Appartement. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und alles notwendige steht zur Verfügung. Wir haben ebenfalls ein Babybett zur Verfügung bekommen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist super!
Man kann auf der Terrasse tolle Abende verbringen. Es ist ruhig und die Hauptstraße ist nicht zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin ist hervorragend gelaufen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super!
Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das eine Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
Wir können das Appartement empfehlen.
Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften!

Très belle location
Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, situé à 100 mètres de la plage de sable de Saint Clair, néanmoins au calme. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains, la literie est de qualité. La terrasse est équipée d'une plancha, il y a même une machine Nespresso à disposition. Un local séparé fermant à clé permet de ranger vélos, planche à voile, etc... Une très belle location, à mi-chemin entre appartement et maison grâce aux terrasses qui courent de part et d'autre du logement.

Great Location
Location is just superb literally a few paces from the beach. Bars and restaurants all just a short walk but not noisy ( during our stay). A pleasant 20 minute walk into Le Lavandou either by the Coastal Path or pavement. The apartment is very well equipped, the best in fact we have ever rented. 2 gated off street parking places is a real bonus in a busy area. David was very friendly and punctual. I had not realised that although there are 2 bedrooms you actually walk through the twin room to access the master. No problems as we were just a couple but perhaps that should be made clearer on the description. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return another year.

Parfait , rien à redire !
Au niveau de la localisation : à deux pas de la mer , des commerces et restaurants , mais suffisamment en retrait pour bénéficier de calme . Pour l'accueil , David super sympa, ponctuel et très à l'écoute . Vaste parking privé , Beau jardin . Propreté : tout est impeccable . Déco de bon goût . Pour l'équipement , j'ai beau cherché , il ne manque rien , il y a même plus que prévu . Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Bravo et Merci pour la prestation Caroline !

A Fantastic Holiday!
We had an amazing holiday at this apartment. The facilities were very modern and the air conditioning was fantastic. We would have preferred a gas bbq but other than that the apartment was perfect for our family.
It was also right next to St Clair beach which we think is the best beach in the area. We also had a great time walking into Le Lavandou for dinner in the evening.
