Vous êtes dans un environnement très calme avec de beaux pins parasols et sans aucun vis-à-vis. De plus, la villa est à proximité de la plage, du port et de la rue commerçante et animée, tout est à seulement 10 minutes à pieds, pas de stress à chercher à se garer! C'est très appréciable!
Rez-de-chaussée et haut de villa entièrement rénovés en 2022 et 2023 avec terrasses et piscine privée rien que pour vous. Chaque pièce est climatisée.
Tout proche de la grande plage du Lavandou et de la fabuleuse plage de Saint Clair.
Club de voile à seulement 10 minutes à pieds. Clubs de plongée, tennis. Superbe piste cyclable qui longe la mer et magnifiques ballades pédestres à faire sur les hauteurs du Lavandou avec le départ qui se situe dans notre rue!
Bars, restaurants, discothèque, cinéma en plein air, visites et concerts de châteaux vignobles...de quoi enjouer vos vacances pour tout le monde! Nous sommes à une demi-heure de la gare TGV de Hyères ou de l'aéroport de Hyères.
