Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.

Check-in outside these hours can be arranged subject availability and for an additional fee

🔑 Self-check-in is available only in the event of a late arrival

You are required to personally occupy the premises, live in them, and maintain them

Requirement to ensure that the peace and quiet of the area is not disturbed by the traveller or their family…

➡️End-of-stay cleaning is included, but we ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy

🏖️The pool measures 10m x 5m, is entirely private, and is secured by an alarm

🚫No one other than the guests renting the property is permitted in the house or at the pool. If, in exceptional circumstances, you plan to host friends or family, you must notify the concierge service in advance

💡The basic amenities provided are:

• 1 bath towel and 1

hand towel per person
