Charming accommodation in a green setting

Within a vast 5000m2 property in a typical village, 8km from the landing beaches and the medieval town of Bayeux, we offer this 40m2 gîte ideally located for access to the various historical sites.

La Boulangerie is an independent accommodation, decorated in the purest English style with a cocoonnig atmosphere with its surface area of 40m2.

You will appreciate its cozy, atypical and offbeat side and yet perfectly in harmony with the gardens that surround it.

It has a mezzanine bedroom with sleeping space for 2 people (dimensions 160cm x200cm). You will also find a second sleeping space for 1 person.

It has a fitted kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a sink, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a traditional multifunction oven and a microwave. A Tassimo pod machine and a traditional coffee maker are available, as well as a kettle and a toaster.

A comfortable sofa will allow you to enjoy the living room and the 82cm full HD television.

The accommodation, located near the swimming pool, is covered by fiber wifi like the rest of the property.

Grill lovers can count on the Weber barbecue (47cm) at their disposal on the terrace.

Beyond the private terrace, you will have access to the 5000m2 of gardens which accommodate the swimming pool, the tennis court, the ping-pong table and the Nordic bath for moments of relaxation and escape, whether for you or to share as a couple, with family or friends.

You will find at Gîte de la Paix a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, in a green setting.

Close to the city of Bayeux, its cathedral, its tapestry, its historic center and its amenities, you will be ideally located to enjoy the charm of the Bessin countryside while having quick access to sites linked to the Landing: museums, memorials, Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Arromanches, Longues sur Mer, etc...

Whether you want to immerse yourself in history, enjoy the local markets and taste the Normandy region, stroll along the ports, (re)discover the flowery coast and its prestigious seaside resorts (Cabourg, Honfleur, Deauville, etc.) , you will be in the right place here.

You can obviously choose to enjoy the many beaches while savoring a treat, the Gîte de la Paix being located just 7 km from the first beach which will allow you to access all the others.

Lovely cottage
Very charming fairytale cottage. It completely blew us away. Fantastic host, very accommodating. It was a great home base for touring Normandy beaches and country towns.

Great place
This cottage is perfect for the two adults & one teenager when we stayed here. Very clean & modern while enjoying the beauty of this historic property. The property is a walled estate, having a secure entrance. The property is a beautiful collection of gardens & trees. Just a relaxing location with the sound of the birds throughout the day. Just minutes outside Bayeux by car as well as close to Arromanches and other d-day sites. Hosts were wonderful people and Arnaud speak excellent English. Highly recommend

Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung auf riesigem Grundstück
Die Vermieter wohnen mit Eltern auch auf dem Grundstück 5000 m 2 in eigenen Häusern. Das Ferienhaus ist mit 40 m 2 etwas klein aber für 2 Leute ausreichend. Ausstattung gehoben und sauber. Die Verständigung lief überwiegend über den Google Übersetzer was der Vermieter perfekt beherrschte. Auch war der Vermieter sofort da wenn wir noch Fragen hatten. Der Vermieter hat noch zwei weiter Wohnungen mit 70 m 2 Größe die wir erst in der zweiten Woche unsers Aufenthalt bemerkt hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen jedoch uns die größere Wohnung mieten. Es ist dort absolut ruhig Nachts.

excellent !! très chaleureux!
ce gite est idéalement positionné pour faire le tour des plages du débarquement (c'était notre cas ..). accueil chaleureux, gite coquet, confortable et parfaitement équipé et décoré au milieu d'une magnifique propriété. Il n'est peut être pas très grand mais suffisant pour 2 ou 3 personnes et très douillet!!.. une excellente adresse, n'hésitez pas !!

Gîte de la paix, situé au calme en pleine campagne mais quand même assez proche de grandes villes. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
